The goal of the OKTBC is to encourage a love of reading and celebrate young adult literature. We welcomes authors, publishers, and exhibitors of young adult literature related merchandise!

  • Author, Publisher, Exhibitor Booth: $150

  • Full-page color Event Program Ad: $50

  • Standing Sign Ad in high traffic area: $50

  • Teen Artist Vendor Booth $25.00 *

    • Teen Full-page color Event Program Ad: $5

    • Teen Standing Sign Ad in high traffic area: $5

Standard Booth includes

  • covered 6’X 6’ table

  • 2 chairs

  • Two identification ID badges at sign-in

  • One parking pass

  • One exhibitor listing in the convention program publication (if registered by September 30, 2021)

  • Exhibitor listing on the OKTBC website

  • Access to electricity, if requested and based on availability

Exhibit Space

  • Each vendor is responsible for following all state and local policies regarding business licensing and collecting and remitting sales tax.

  • All vendors must follow the University of Oklahoma table and decorating policy guidelines and the guidelines set out in the OKTBC contract.

  • University of Oklahoma Policies:

    • Decor policy:

    • Posters and/or other materials including literature must be confined to the table area and may not be attached to the wall or other places throughout the building. The use of tape, nails, staples or tacks is strictly prohibited. Any damage to the building surfaces will result in a damage fee being charged to the group and possible loss of tabling privileges. Persons staffing the table must stay behind the table.

*Teens can participate in the Artist Alley for free. However, any teen that would like to sell their artwork must be a vendor. Teens are required to have an adult sign for their booth registration and must follow all the same guidelines including, being responsible for licensing and sales tax.
